Service Description

This is the time that our team spends to meet a veteran's needs or resolve issues. It can include copying, sending mail, making phone calls, attending meetings, and travel. We will not ask a veteran to pay for appointments or services, but we DO EXPECT that the veteran being helped will volunteer in like kind or make a donation to defray the costs we incur.
